The rules
These are the whole rules. They are short on purpose. None of them can be bought, negotiated, or waived for anyone.
Getting in
- You join only when a member vouches for you.
- A vouch says: I have worked with this person, and I would work with them again. It names the voucher. It is public on your profile.
- There is no waitlist to jump, no referral code to buy, no exception for famous people.
Members
- 1 application a week. The week resets on Monday. An unused application carries over, but you can never hold more than 2.
- 4 vouches a year. Use them whenever you like, but no more than 2 in any 90 days. Only for someone you have worked with directly. The year resets on 1 January, and unused vouches do not carry over.
- No resume. Your profile is the people who vouched for you, the work you choose to show, and what you write yourself.
- Vouch for someone who lied about working with you, and you lose your vouches. Vouch for many, and the pattern shows.
Companies
- Every applicant gets a written reply within 7 days. Yes or no, with at least one honest sentence about why.
- Miss the deadline once and we tell you. Miss it again and your listings come down. Ignore it, and you are off the platform.
- No ghost jobs. A listing is a role you are hiring for now, with the salary range written on it.
- No sorting by machine. A person at your company reads each application. We do not rank, score, or filter applicants with AI.
- Companies cannot search members and message them in bulk. Members come to you, one careful application at a time.
Money
- Members never pay to apply, to vouch, or to be seen.
- Companies may pay us in the future. Paying will never buy more applicants, a member's contact details, or a way around the 7-day reply.
- If a rule ever has to change, we will publish the change and the reason on this page before it applies.
