Manifesto
- The resume is dead. AI writes it, AI reads it, and nobody believes it.
- Easy Apply broke hiring. When applying costs nothing, applications are worth nothing. Two thousand people apply, and the company reads fifty.
- The black hole is not your fault. You were rejected by a filter, a keyword, or a deadline nobody told you about. Most of the time, no person saw your name.
- Friction is a feature. A limit forces a choice, and a choice carries meaning. One application a week tells a company you picked them.
- The only signal left is people. Someone who has worked with you knows more than any test, score, or resume. So that is what your profile is made of.
- Silence is a decision. A company that will not reply to the people who applied does not belong here.
- Money does not buy a better place in line. Not for members, not for companies. The day it does, the signal is gone.
- We grow slowly on purpose. Four vouches a year means this network will be small for a long time. Every person in it will be here because someone stood behind them.
