The demo

The interview that listens.

Watch it work. Tukadi’s AI interviewer reads the resume, asks about the actual work, and follows up on the answer — while skill scores build on the side, each with evidence you can check.

● tukadi ai00:04:57a. rivera ●
Tukadi AI04:12

Your resume mentions you cut ticket backlog by half — walk me through that.

A. Rivera04:19

We were drowning in repeat tickets. I built a triage layer that tagged issues by root cause, then automated the top three — backlog went from about 480 to 190 in two quarters.

Tukadi AIfollow-up04:41

You said repeat tickets — how did you decide which three to automate first?

A. Rivera04:48

Frequency times handle time. Password resets weren't the most common, but they ate the most hours — so they went first.

What just happened

It didn’t follow a script. It followed the candidate.

(a)

It read the resume first

The opening question came straight from the candidate's resume — their own claim about cutting the ticket backlog. No generic question list. Every candidate is asked about the work they actually did.

(b)

It listened, then asked a follow-up

The second question only exists because of the answer before it — exactly what a good interviewer does. A fixed script can't react to what a candidate just said. This can.

(c)

Every score shows its proof

That 9.1 isn't a mystery number. It points to the exact answer that earned it, so you can read the quote and judge for yourself.

The interview is the part you can watch. Before it ever happens, every applicant is already screened against your requirements — and everything comes back with proof you can check.

the rest of this page shows how ↓

The screening

Every pass and fail comes with a why.

A score alone tells you nothing. Every screening result shows the resume line it’s based on, how confident the AI is, and what it recommends — then waits for you to decide.

  • Every check shows the exact resume line it's based on, so you can see for yourself in seconds.

  • Confidence notes tell you when to trust the result — and when to dig deeper in the interview instead.

  • A missing must-have flags the candidate for your review — it never auto-rejects anyone. Rejecting is always your decision.

Practice earns proofs, and the proofs belong to the candidate. Nothing is shared by default — an interview for your job stays with your job, never reused for anyone else’s — and a recommendation only happens when a candidate opts in. Sourcing tools rent you strangers’ resumes. On Tukadi, every candidate showed up on purpose.

What candidates get — always free

  • Free practice interviews — no limits, no catch
  • Feedback on every answer
  • Full transcripts, theirs to keep
  • Skill proofs that travel with them
  • Nothing shared with employers unless they opt in

No black boxes

What the AI does — and what it never does.

Opaque AI destroys trust. So here’s ours, in plain terms — the same explanation candidates see.

The AI does

  • Checks each resume against your criteria — met or not, with a supporting quote and its reasoning
  • Runs resume-aware voice interviews with follow-up questions on each skill
  • Produces skill-wise scores, feedback, and a summary your team can inspect

The AI never

  • Decides who gets hired — humans review the evidence and decide who advances
  • Judges without showing its work — every evaluation ships with evidence
  • Reuses an interview beyond the job it was for — one application, one company, never shared
  • Recommends a candidate to anyone without their explicit opt-in
  • Asks candidates for effort that returns them nothing
“Success is people finding the right job faster — not interviews conducted.”
— the standard every Tukadi feature is held to
The fair exchange

Nobody’s time is free.

Every minute we ask of anyone — candidate or recruiter — has to return something of value. That’s the deal, in writing.

As a candidate

You give 15 focused minutes
and get a real conversation about your work — plus the full transcript, yours to keep.
You give your honest answers
and get feedback on every answer and an evaluation grounded in evidence, reviewed by a human.
You give a practice interview
and get a skill proof that's yours — reuse it wherever it helps.

As a recruiter

You give clear role criteria
and get every applicant screened with evidence and reasoning.
You give a job post
and get resume-aware AI interviews with real follow-ups.
You give your judgment
and get skill-wise scores and a decision-ready shortlist.

Never: candidate work that only benefits the employer.

FAQ

Questions recruiters ask

Still curious about something? Talk to us.

Sign in, post a job, and you're live — there's nothing to set up. Tukadi builds the AI interview and screening logic around the role and skills you enter, so you don't write scripts or configure anything before candidates can start.

Yes. Tukadi includes a two-week trial where you are not charged for applications or interviews. There's no credit card, no setup fee, and no sales call required to start — you only begin paying if you decide to continue.

Tukadi bills for applications handled and completed AI interviews. Application handling is $0.25 per application managed for a job opening, whether the candidate applied directly or was invited by your team. Completed AI interviews are $12 each. There's no subscription, no platform fee, and no monthly minimum.

No. Tukadi has no seat fees, so you can invite recruiters, account managers, hiring managers, admins, and client reviewers without buying extra licenses.

If your monthly completed AI interview volume goes over 100, Tukadi automatically applies a 10% discount to every completed AI interview on that month's invoice — not just the ones after the threshold. It's applied automatically, with nothing to claim.

Two steps. First, Tukadi parses each applicant's resume and checks it against your eligibility criteria — showing the evidence and reasoning behind every match. Then qualified applicants take a resume-aware AI interview with follow-up questions, and you get skill-wise scores, feedback, and a summary. You decide who advances based on real evidence, not keywords.

Yes. Candidates choose to take the AI voice interview as part of applying to your role. Abandoned, partial, and incomplete interviews are never billed — you only pay for completed interviews that produce an evaluation and hiring evidence.

Application data is isolated to the job it was submitted to: an interview a candidate does for your role is never reused for another company, and candidates are never surfaced to other employers without their explicit opt-in. Tukadi provides downloadable candidate reports and is built to support compliant hiring workflows. Once candidate data is exported from Tukadi, your team is responsible for handling that exported data according to your own privacy and compliance obligations.
