1. **The resume is dead.** AI writes it, AI reads it, and nobody believes it.
2. **Easy Apply broke hiring.** When applying costs nothing, applications are worth nothing. Two thousand people apply, and the company reads fifty.
3. **The black hole is not your fault.** You were rejected by a filter, a keyword, or a deadline nobody told you about. Most of the time, no person saw your name.
4. **Friction is a feature.** A limit forces a choice, and a choice carries meaning. One application a week tells a company you picked them.
5. **The only signal left is people.** Someone who has worked with you knows more than any test, score, or resume. So that is what your profile is made of.
6. **Silence is a decision.** A company that will not reply to the people who applied does not belong here.
7. **Money does not buy a better place in line.** Not for members, not for companies. The day it does, the signal is gone.
8. **We grow slowly on purpose.** Four vouches a year means this network will be small for a long time. Every person in it will be here because someone stood behind them.
